Operational for more than 70 years, the Oak Creek Fire Department provides fire prevention and emergency response services. The department works with a team of over 45 men and women. It offers fire, emergency medical, auto accident and technical rescue services. The Oak Creek Fire Department maintains several fire stations. The department participates in various public relations programs. The Oak Creek Fire Department is governed by the City of Oak Creek in Wisconsin, which covers an area of nearly 28 square miles and has a population of approximately 32,500 residents. The city also manages street, police, health, fire, engineering, community development, building maintenance and information technology departments.
