We visit about twice a month with our 2 grandsons. The first husband and wife owners were very nice and friendly. However, this current owner employees an older, woman with gray long hair who is a grouch!! To me (a grandmother) who spends at least $22.00 per visit, is apauled at this employees attitude! No smile, no greeting, most times she comes out of the back room as if we're "bothering her!" Even my grandsons, 11 and 9 noticed her lack of enthusiasm. She doesn't say thank you or say "bye" when we leave. If it wasn't for my grandsons I would discontinue spending good money at your place. The yogurt and topping are a great selection, and your employee Never asks if we'd like to try a sample!! I had to ask last time. Be ware, there's no TV or music playing either, NOT a Happy Place to visit !!!!! Saw her wipe off the topping area with her bare hand....yuk! Please improve your service......
