Pleasant. I cam in looking for pricing and a test drive without the intent of buying. Andrew was pleasant and knowledgeable. When he began going over pricing, he was inquisitive, but not pushy. The sales manager Paul stepped in when we were talking about pricing and such. He was pushy and would not take no for an answer...in a bad way. If I come back, I will not deal with Paul. Andrew has helpful and tried to make the wait for financing as bearable as possible.

John Irvine was one of my best experiences to date with honda. He was clear and stuck to what he said he would do. Would definitely come back based on my experience with John!!!

I brought my car into their shop after bringing it to 4 other shops in the area. None of the other mechanics could properly diagnose and repair my car. Gary knew exactly what was wrong with my car and fixed it for a very reasonable price. I haven't had a problem with it since, and I continue to visit their shop for regular routine maintenance. I am a customer for life!
