I had my belly button done originally on my 18th birthday, and I went to one of the only places open on a Sunday night for it, which just so happened to be a little shady of a place. My first belly button piercing was incredibly painful, and I got some pretty terrible advice on how to clean it. I admit though that I also had a part in getting an infection 8 months later.

It's been almost 3 years since I first got it done and wanted to repierce it again but wanted to do it the right way this time around. I heard and read great reviews about this place, so I went there to see if they could even do my piercing. Angie, one of the piercers, took a look at it and determined that I had a lot of scar tissue from the first piercing, but said she could do it. She was so clean while sterilizing everything and changed her gloves like 5 times while handling everything in the room. I was expecting to have a lot of pain like the first time, but Angie did such a wonderful job that on a scale of 1-10 the pain was probably a 3 at most! I'm DEFINITELY going back to her for all my piercings in the future!

So rude! I called to ask a few simple question and the man who answered the phone was so unbelievably rude! He talked to me like i was 5, as if my questions had no validity. I was terribly dissapointed because i had a girlfriend who got one done there and raved about the place, but the 3 minute conversation i had with the man was enough to turn me away forever. I know nothing about the work they do there other then the 2 inch sister knot my friend got from there but their costumer service was seriously lacking.

i went in there to get piercings and i thought that they were amazing. johnny was the piercer and he was so sterile he probably changed his gloves like ten times through out the whole process and showed me that everything was sterile and walkd me through how he was going to do everything. he was completly professional i highly recommend everyone to go there.
