If I could give this establishment 0 out of 5 stars, I would. Not only was the food tasteless & somewhat soggy, the delivery boy stole from my front porch. When I called to address the issue with the manager, I was told "we will tell him not to do it again". I said that I would like a refund of the TIP I left for the delivery boy, and I was told that if I wanted a refund, I would have to bring my food back. 1. I wasn't asking for a refund of the food, only a refund of the generous tip that I left for the delivery boy who stole from my porch 2. It was 9:00 at night, my son was asleep. I wasn't about to wake him up to drive him to return my food.
Long story short, this place has AWFUL customer service skills. You could make better Chinese food from frozen store bought that you have to microwave.

Worst Chinese I've ever had.
The general tsos was soggy. The egg drop soup spilled in the bag and got all over the Crab Rangoons.
Not impressed at all.

SO HAPPY to find this awesome restaurant! My wife and I go at least 2 times a week. The General chicken and the lo mein noodles are without question the best we've had since moving to this area. Generous portions and good prices. Awesome.
