Please save your time and money and go elsewhere! It took them two weeks to clean our blanket (a week longer than we were told) and when we finally received it, it was ruined; It;s no longer queen sized, the decoration was ruined, and the STAINS WERE STILL THERE!! I was told that the manager was not in and that they DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS for ruined products.
