These guys are awesome! Family owned business, I've known these guys for years and are very quick! This is the ONLY place I go for used/new tires or rims!!! Very polite!!!

This place is garbage they have no respect for military!!i ordered a rim from them and when they didn't deliver a week later I asked for my money back back and they refuse. The owner called me a moron and an idiot I wouldn't recommend them to anyone especially soldiers

I love the guys at Ricks, they come all the way out to Dover TN to pick up my huge F250 Deizel, they've been here 4 or 5 times, more recently, and always are nice, respectful, very careful with my big truck, take it to my repair guys, etc. Sometimes they are slow getting all the way out here, but who cares, and for those of you that don't have tow insurance on your policy what you pay Rick's or anyone else is your own fault, not that companies. I get free towing :) USAA all the way. Thanks Ricks!

This is the most saddest excuse for a towing company. If I could I'd give this awful place, 0 stars and shut this scamming company down. On 3-4-15, my brother and sister got into a car wreck right near them, maybe 30ft away. And yet they had the odassit to charger my parents $400, who in thier right minds pays $400 for simply towing it 30ft back?!? They gave a pathetic excuse to why we had to pay that much, thier reason was 'it was a police call'. That has nothing to do with why they charged that much. Luckly my dad was able to talk the guy down by $100. $300 does not sound like a reasonable price to pay for a 30ft tow.

If you want to call a towing company, just don't chose this one.

Sorry to Say - do not use this company for any reason - fast to respond however scammed our son out of an additional $125 from what was quoted. I am reporting this company to the base security officer and request they are put on the Banned List so no other soldier and their family will get taken by this company!

if there were an option for zero stars that would be it.... The worst experience ever. after the talked my husband into letting them work on the vehicle instead of sears they never even worked on our car.. it sat in their lot all day and when we paid them to tow to sears again they came up with every excuse in the book why they couldnt tow it. they were on their way back from nashville...they were having trouble with their brakes....they were having trouble with their turn signals....then they just stopped answering all together. we already paid them to tow it. my husband then told them when they finally answered that he wanted a refund and to take it off and he would come tow it himself...he went at 9 pm to tow it with a friends truck and our van was sitting there unlocked with all our luggage in it and the keys were locked in the wrecker... the next day we called a new tow company to get it from their lot and it was no longer their after we told them we no longer wanted them to tow it bc they were screwing us over. The worst company ever and we will be doing all we can to get them blacklisted
