They double charged by credit card and would not refund my money. They said I had to file a dispute at my bank even though they only had one signed sales slip.

I placed a phone call to the store first to find it's exact location. When calling, the person who answered actually finished their conversation with whomever they were speaking with THEN spoke to me. The person didn't know where they were located so they passed me on to the other person. It was quite an unprofessional phone call.



When I went in, both service personnel were behind the counter. One was reading, the other playing a video game. I got a brief greeting from one. I asked about the expiration date on a couple logs of dip since they were being shipped overseas, and the question was basically shrugged off with an "I don't know" attitude. I finally got an approximate shelf life of the dip, but not how long they were actually ON the shelf.



One store personnel handled my transaction but had sat back down and started playing her video game again before I'd even finished my transaction. All in all, the most unfriendly, unprofessional tobacco store I've ever gone to. Although this store is, by far, the closest to where I live, I will make the trip down to the Clarksville TN tobacco shop located across from the WalMart on 41A from now on. Friendliness and professionalism means enough to me to make the longer trip.
