Provided by YP.comi went to the texeco to get a regular oil change,and i decided to get the "all star" service and that includes
FREE anti-freeze & full
FREE transmission & fill
FREE power steering & fill
FREE brake fluid & fill
FREE differential & fill
FREE transfer case & fill
FREE windshield washer & fill
FREE battery fluid & fill
sounds like a great deal,well i went to the waiting room and next thing you know they call me in and tell me that all this stuff is wrong with my car! then they were going to charge me EXTRA for a power steering fill-which is suppose to be included.Since i told them "no" to all the extra stuff except a brake light that needed to be change which was 5.99 for that i ended up paying 50 dollars twice from what i was suppose to pay in the first place.Then they go and try to tell another customer that something is wrong with the gentleman's car too...bad service period!

I am responding to the customer that is dis-satisfied with our work. There is a BIG difference between toping off fluids and doing preventive manintence services. Top offs are free services are not. Services are brought to customers attention and recomened based on mileage and year of vehicle per manufacture. Thanks
