Unprofessional and irresponsible owner and business. D+ rating with BBB. Sloppy, neglegant work. It took five visits for staff to locate the problem and start repairs although I stated the problem upfront -- rear main seal needed replacement. Eventually they changed the rear main seal, but was neglegant in the fact that they failed to tighten the left strut bolt during reassembly. I was treated in a sexist manner, and was yelled at by the owner. I paid a few dollars shy of $2,000 for work that wasn't completed. My full complaint is filed with the Attorney General and the BBB. I paid Les Schwab to repair errors made by Midway Tire & Muffler.

Total ripoff and half a$$ed techs. Charged $800+ to do a timing belt and never did a test drive after work was done, now they want $1,300 more to fix a problem that should have been noticed before returning the car as "fixed".

Great place, wonderful customer service. Nice to know I'm buying locally. I would recommend this place to a friend. They do everything automotive, not just tires and exhaust.
