I went in to get my replacement phone and left without it, and got kicked out of their store. I ended up calling the Tmobile number and got things taken care of to my satisfaction. They did not explain adequately what the unexpected charge was, or why they were touching my old cellphone without my permission. The customer service rep on the toll free line explained everything to me in a very professional and personable manner.
