Very nice at first. After we chose a shed and Husband offered him a lower price like most people will do to stay in budget he accepted check. After that he pouted. Would Not talk to us, we went back to inquire about getting a second larger shed he blew us off. When shed arrived the plastic was still on the roof. Delivery guys were surprised because they said it is always removed. Owner "claimed" that it was DOT law to deliver it covered. He did not have to accept less money, his actions of being childlike and pouting made me want to buy him a box of diapers and a pacifier, Will NOT be purchasing our second shed from him. Prefer Customer service.
