Every time I go here and get a frappe it's never full, you have to sit in the drive through for atleast 10 mins before you get your food or drink! And the employees act rude when you get your food

Omg!!!

It doesn't take a college educated person to realize that the fries are not done until the timer goes off at 3 minutes. Everytime I go through this McDonald's the fries are half cooked/frozen its a shame because Oak Hill only has 3 restaurants Please people let the timer go off !!! Thanks

Incompetent

No one there ever gets our order correct. I am allergic to pickles, so I order my sandwiches without them but they always put them on. I've had enough of their disregard to the customer service. Sorry just doesn't cut it anymore.
