COMAC seems to offer the least in customer service. They sell bread removed from store shelves at reduced prices, but will not replace brad that they sell which is not fit for human consumption. It appears that their attitude is since you got the bread for 97 cents, we can't do anything for you when I brought the bread back. The convenience store across the street has very good customer relations and will most likely get my business in the future. Pepperidge Farms may also find it disheartening to find that their bread is being sold spoiled. If a business won't stand behind what they sell, they must believe that earning 30 cents is more important than their customers or their customers' health.
