Worst service low intelligence

From hygiene to service he fails miserably. I'm having issues with my TV and I bought a warranty at Best Buy. Due to where we live, they had to sub-contract to who serviced my area. During my first call Robert was so rude. His first concern was who'd be paying for the service call and he was totally unprofessional. Robert came by yesterday. He showed up at my house with his wife and I was appalled to say the least. He and his wife looked homeless, very dirty, and dumb as rocks. I told him about the issues with my TV, and he blamed every other device in my home for the malfunctioning television. Robert, couldn't even find the button to turn the TV on, and he only brought a small flashlight. The smart TV applications weren't working and he said that it's Directv's fault, and then I had a bad internet connection and it was that causing the apps to fail. He then rolled his eyes at me when I described my other issues, and offered me no assistance. After hearing more of his incompetence I told him and his wife to leave. Not only was Robert a rude person, he was an idiot that knew nothing. His wife was equally unintelligent. They are not helpful, and in need of a bath or three. They didn't look professional, or act professional, or have any people skills. How can you show up at someone's house looking like homeless people?? Stay away from these people, Robert and his wife know nothing about fixing televisions or bathing.

THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!!! IM going to sue them just for moral purposes.. YOU CANT DO BUISNESS THIS WAY... my night mare started FEB.8th...gave Rbert a check of $130.00 a sevice fee of $65.00 and the rest for parts...Never called me, I call him he says he can pick up the TV and work on it...2 months later still him never calling me.. I allways had to call him, He says he cant power it up and cant get the parts... He will return my TV with no refund....

I call another TV guy in Walnut Ca. Drive 40 mins. There my TV is fixed in 10 mins.......

His company is called Merchants TV parts Guy 909-9777... I highly recommend him...

I then call Robert and say I want my money back and he refuses..

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY>> And now thay wont answer there phone...

Shopper Beware

Looked at my TV for 10 minutes told me the power supply was out. Then told me he needed to go back to his office and “research” the problem. Paid him $45 dollars for the service call and I haven’t heard from him since. Highly NOT recommended!!!
