Although Eva's has been around for a long time I do not believe they are upholding their reputation. The massive dress selection is so phenomenal but some of the sales associates are disorganized, unprofessional, and ignorant. The manager is SO RUDE as well as a lot of the staff members. We have had so many problems here such as them switching sales associates during appointments, not having our dresses ready to view, and not being available during appointments. They make you sign a contract and do not release the designers name I think more so because they know their service is so inadequate and you could go somewhere else for better service. Planning a wedding is such a stressful process, you do not need to work with a company that will only add to the stress. Please do your research and do not add to your stress with working such a rude and disorganized company.

I love that store. My mother took me there since she purchased her gown there over twenty years ago and she was absolutely right. I had a great time, great experience and great selection of gowns. I read some of the reviews here and what is astonishing is that most of the bad reviews and written by brides that Eva's refused to service. These brides must have given Eva's a reason to refuse to service them and from reading these reviews, I can understand why. No business turns down business unless there is a good reason. You ladies need to either move on, find a store that is desperate enough to put up with you, or grow up! How can you complain because the store "wouldn't open the door" earlier than normal store hours? Or refused service to you because you were using them and purchased your gown elsewhere? I mean don't you know how foolish you sound when you right these negative comments?
