I bought my last 2 Cadillacs here. The people in the sales department treated me like family.The last one I walked in and 45 miutes later drove home my new red SRX. I already sent in my neighbor and she bought a certified used 2011 SRX. Great place and people to do business with!

Rather take the ride to Rizza in Orland Park or should I say this decade. This place is like a black & white movie. Where do I start? The average employee in the service & parts department seems to be about 65. All this place is missing is a full time nursing staff. I thought Cadillac was moving towards the future, obviously this dealer did'nt get the memo. Bottom line is, if you want to take your vehicle in for service and not feel like your just went back tothe 50's. Dont go here, talk about just feeling uncomfortable. Take it for what it's worth. Your not gonna run into the good looking red head who's in the TV commercials here. Come on Mr. Shirey.......
