Romantic Getaway Gone Wrong

This weekend was suppose to be a break from a stressful moment in my life. My partner and I had planned this event to spend a romantic evening together away from family and friends. Everything during check in was handled appropriately, but soon after as we went into the actual hotel room we were shocked to find out that the tub was filthy and had not been cleaned. We went to the front desk and filed a complaint. During the time we had checked in one of the requirements was to have a smoking room. the replacement room in which had a kings size bed, but it was a non smoking room. Once again we complained to the front desk because we hadn't received the service we had paid for. They replaced that room with a room that had two double beds. I was really disappointed in this hotel because it was an expensive hotel. I dont know what the purpose of this terrible service was resulted of, being over weight
