Provided by YPmobileMy mother was admitted there for rehab & minimal nursing care to treat a urine infection. She left there with a diaper rash and CDiff infection. Three weeks later she had to be re-admitted back in the hospital to treat the CDiff infection which could have been detected at Manor Care had the resident doctor or nursing staff requested a stool culture to be taken it could have been detected and she not be sent home with the infection. The facility is short staffed and medical doctor never was seen or met the family to discuss mother's medical condition.
