This is hands down the worst service that one guard home warranty company has ever sent out .They were suppose to put a order in for a part and a day latter no call. I have owned a business and know that is defiantly unacceptable. Don't use this company save your hard earned money.

What a joke this place is! 2/16/16 Tech comes out with no tools and guesses what's wrong with my dishwasher. Going on a month with no call or anything. Everytime I call the people are in a huge hurry... Rush Rush...that's even if I get thru. They will not call back.

Still waiting on repair 3/14/16

If you're looking for a service company to come out and complain about their job, tell you their life story and then not fix the problem..CALL THEM!. They collected their money, called the warranty company said they couldn't do it then no one bothered to call me...as I was waiting on a call to when they would come back out to fix it.

Best....they put on my service sheet the wrong equipment. IDIOTS!

Receptionist is clueless, sounds like a 10 year old with no brain cells and her customer service skills were worse. Terrible company.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are the absolute worst business I've ever come across. They installed the AC incorrectly and wouldn't fix it. After the third visit, I contacted my home warranty company to transfer the work order. They insisted that Sunrise be given another chance. Sunrise NEVER SHOWED UP. We were finally transferred to a new company.



The customer service is the worst. The girls that answer the phones are rude, obnoxious, and repeat what's being said as if it were a joke to their fellow employees while on the phone with you. Extremely unprofessional.



I've filed complaints with the FTC, BBB, my credit card company (yes, they even took money for not completing a job) and am looking into legal action.

Only reason I put a one star is because it made me. By far WORST customer service my husband and I have ever experienced. Rude!! Unprofessional!! Liars! I'm sure you get the point. So bad I asked my Home Warranty company to NEVER request them to service my home. Filled a complaint with them as well. I would never recommend this company!

I want to thank Scott, Sunrise Owner, for putting customer first. Between the warranty company, supply company & Sunrise my compressor was in limbo. Scott took the initiative to work with the warranty company to get authorized to purchase a compressor from a local supplier and install late on a Friday afternoon (5-7:30pm). Thanks to Scott's customer first attitude, my family can now be comfortable.

Horrible. AC manager argues with you when questioned on things you need. My dad was in the AC biz for 40 years. I did not need 3 of the 5 things they said. They wanted to charge me over $500 out of pocket after home warranty. AC was out for 11 days before they could come fix it...11 days!!! Unacceptable!

This is the worst business I have worked with. The hours are stated as 8:30 to 4:30. They do not pick up their phones till 10:30 and stop picking up the phone after 4.



The technician showed up 3 hours late. The technician had no idea what was going on. He told me I needed from parts so I asked them to sent his diagnosis to the warranty company as soon he could. It took them 3 days just to send diagnosis to the warranty company.



I am on week 3 in TEXAS SUMMER HEAT! Even after everything was approved from the warranty company, they lied to me and told me the parts were not ready to be picked up.



They have a bad attitude! No sense of customer service! No sense of urgency!



PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!
