Worst experience ever. They let bleach and color sit on my 9 year old daughter's hair for 3 hours. She was complaining that her skin and eyes hurt, and when I asked them repeatedly to wash her hair, they said in a minute and took the next customs . I rushed her home to wash her hair they called the police on me and still had to pay full price for half the work and parts of my daughter's hair fell off.

The stylist cannot style. Who goes to a shop to get a mushroom anymore. I tell him that I wanted large curls and he straightens my hair with a curl at the end. Not like the other shops. After applying all of this heat to my African American natural hair, by the time I get home which is down the street, my hair is poofing. I will never go back here again. There are other shops on Madison in Oak Park that does a better job and know how to make natural African American hair last. I'm happy that I didn't let him trim my ends.

They can not do hair at ALL!!! I went in there to get my hair dyed dark brown, I came out with jet black hair. They have unlicensed hairstylist working in their salon....the owner is rude, he's using his supposed intern, Keke as a slave labor, having her clean mirrors. They CAN NOT DO HAIR, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE GOING INTO THIS SALON! EVER!

they are profisional in africain americain hair , they do all types of hair and the best things,they do all ages, using very good products ,,,mazani , aveda, kera care , maoccain oil ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, come get them shot you will never gonna regret ;) for sure without apointement necessary
