Laury’s bakery states that they will design cakes or other goods that fit your specific occasion. They do not use top care and quality definitely is not provided. I have been a customer with laury’s for a while (birthday cakes, baby shower, etc.) and I realized on 6/21/2015 that they do not value their customers. I have never had an issue with Laury’s because I always order there Pre designed cakes. Well to make a very long story short on 5/19/2015 I ask if they can make a particular cake for a big once in a life time occasion he state he can with no problem but because of the ingredients and fondant the cake would be pricey, once in a life time occasion go for it I said…

Dooms day. 6/21/15 I was so excited to pick up cake and see how wonderful it turned out and to my surprise it looked like my cake went to hell and back absolutely no love was put into my cake. For the most part, the facial expression of those staff and customer standing around the cake were sympathetic. The owner son offer me two free pre designed 8’’in cake which I refused and purchased the two cakes for $30.00 and stated I will come back to speak with owner since the baker did have time to fix the unfixable

On 6/23 the 3rd visit, yes the 3rd visit ,there is no team work or communication at this bakery (a long story short) Dan seem to have no concern and told me he didn’t see anything wrong with the cake and all he can do is offer me 130.00$ back from my 250.00$

On this day I realized that I have gone to a bakery for years that don’t value there customers not only I have hands on experience but one of the staff there stated that this is how it ends for a unhappy customer it was take it or nothing.

And no I didn’t get the original cake they kept it therefor I spent 150.00$ for 2 8in’’ cakes. I’m Never going back there again.

Prom Cake

Ordered a cake for my daughter and her date for her pre prom party when I went to pick it up it was sitting there open, it looked ok nice until I got home the waiter forced the box top down onto the cake and the iceing was messed up and the cake was ruin they refused to fix, refun, very rude, disrespectful, and it was the worst tasting cake ever. Please dont order from Laury Bakery let me mention this has happened to me as well as others, the second time for me with my daughter birthday cake. STAY AWAY A $90 cake 1/2 sheet.

Laurys is actually not that bad. If you would actually taste the cupcakes,cookies,pies, etc, you would see it's a good service. I go there 3 times a month and I get good service try other foods in there and I bet you'll like them 10000000%

We bought our wedding cake from Laury's Bakery 6 years ago. It was a 3 tier wedding cake with lemon and pineapple filling with butter cream frosting. It was beautiful. As tradition would have it we wrapped the top portion of our cake and put itin the freezer for a year. When our 1st aniversary came we unwrapped our cake and let it thaw. It was delicious. It tasted like we just got it from the bakery. I give Laury's 5 stars.
