I made an appointment at this nail salon and was placed in the chair, however; the person wasn't there to do the pedicure. So my feet were in cold water for 30 minutes. I would have rather waited in the chair, instead of waiting in cold water. This owner only appreciate the people that comes to her the year around. If you only come to her in the spring and summer she will treat you like dirt.
