THIS PLACE SELLS DEFECTIVE ITEMS AND DOES NOT HONOR WHAT THEY TOLD YOU AT PURCHASE AND DOES NOT TRY TO ACCOMMODATE THE CUSTOMER. THEY LIE ABOUT THEIR RETURN POLICY AS IT'S NOT POSTED ANYWHERE AND IS NOT PRINTED ON THE RECEIPT. I purchased LG Tone Prop wireless headphones Saturday, 9/22/18 and was told by the sales rep to keep my receipt and if I have any problems he can exchange them for me. The sound will pop on & off while in mid conversation. I checked the connection and they were connected. This happened several times throughout the week so I went back to the Metro PCS store where I purchased them that Saturday, 9/29/2018 and was told to contact LG and they'll mail me a new pair then I will have to mail them the defective pair which was a LIE. LG said to mail the pair I just purchased and it will take about two weeks for them to investigate and after that they'll mail me a new pair. I told the store clerk what they said and he said that's what you have to do. I told him when I purchased them I was told to keep my receipt and they can be exchanged if there's any problems with them now I'm here with my receipt and there's a different story. I told him I paid my money here a week ago and I should not have to wait weeks to receive working head phones being that I just purchased them. He called the owner of the store who was yelling at him trough the phone and told him to tell me there's nothing they can do. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE EVER AGAIN.
