The honesty factor and quality of work are key.....they do stay busy so I know that when possible I book ahead for the maintenance items but in emergencies they are always there to do their best to accommodate my truck's needs. J & D Auto has been keeping my old cars on the road for about 4 years now. They stand behind their work. Their prices are fair and they will do things a dealer won't touch (my cars are rather old). They explain things thoroughly and treat you with respect.

If you're looking for someone to repair your car, look no further. They will treat you right.

I have known the J & D Family for over 15 years. I would never consider taking my automotive repair needs anywhere else. Don Hagle is very community minded and is always there to keep our cars running safely. J & D truly has the Keys to my car's future!

My car has problem to start so I took it into J&D Auto because it was the nearest to where the car has issue. Turns out the timing belt is old and need replacement. They also replace the power steering and air-conditioner belt because they look old. Total cost is $549.52 and took them 5 days before I get my car back. I drove from Michigan to Texas and car broke down. When we took it into service center, found out that the nut holding the power steering belt is gone and belts tore off. Thankfully the J&D Auto waranty this but this has caused me 3 hours delay. Then I drove from Texas to Vegas and once again the car broke down. Guess what?? This time the timing belt has problem. When I call the J&D, they do not admit that this is their problem and refuse to waranty the job. So I had to pay once again $524.39 to fix the problem. J&D blame my car having internal problem that caused the belt to be loose. But once I got the car fixed in Vegas, I drove to Oregon and the car runs FINE and no issue anymore.

Learn from my experience and do not take your car in unless you want to pay the same cost again every 1000 miles.

This auto shop was a blessing. They only fixed what was broke and didn't try to sell us things we didn't need. Love this business.
