I am totally that this supplier caters to industrial companies. I purchased a small part that is difficult to get. I originalll purchased my part over the phone using a credit card. The shipping clerk told me the part would be there in 10 days. It did arrive in 9. I could not make it to pick it up for 6 weeks. When I did show up, the clerk could not find it. I went home and told the clerk to call me when he finds it. 2 months later I call and want to know what happened. The clerk told me that it was there problem and he would have the part drop shipped at my house. It is 6 weeks later and nothing has happened. It is a mitracle how this company remains in business. Maybe my case was just a strange set of circumstances. I will call the owner today and make him sweat a little bit.
