I am writing this review as a warning to others in the Russian speaking community who might be considering dealing with New 12 Chairs. The first time I dealt with this company I felt that they charged a high price but I was basically satisfied. The store personnel are friendly. So, when I decided to move I chose them as my shipping agent. I can still remember their smiling faces as they told me “Don’t worry, you can trust us.” Was that ever a mistake! They turned what should have been a challenging but rewarding experience into a family nightmare. They abandoned our goods in Europe and we were forced to hire another shipping agent and pay a second time, after a long and costly delay, in order to receive our furniture and personal items. They refused to give us back our money even though they had not fulfilled the contract to deliver. I would say that New 12 Chairs is untrustworthy and unreliable and hope that another family does not fall victim to their business practices and suffer the grief that they caused us.
