This place might have once been good, but is terrible. At first, we liked the service; but, the longer we stayed, the more we noticed an ever changing staff, a lack of attention to our child, and an extreme lack of professionalism.

We decided to change schools. The director was unavailable for us to notify of our change, so there were a few days we missed (our child did not attend). Instead of understanding, the director decided to send us a bill, a legal threat, and then call a debt collector on us (the balance owed has changed on every single document and contact).

Do NOT use this service unless you want to deal with a highly unprofessional facility that will contact a debt collector to harass you over $80 of unpaid fees for services you DID NOT use.
