Used to be the best attorney in the area for dealing with TennCare issues when he worked at Rural Legal Services and was free. Very professional and caring. Now just overpriced and rude--he actually hung up on me a couple of times in the middle of a conversation about a case with no explanation, each time claiming we got cut off although I heard the click when he hung up. Very strange.
