I would not take mine anywhere else, super service. She even calls me when it’s time to get him groomed . Fantastic!

Cheryl and Christy have taken care of my Beagle for the last 5 years. They have always gone out of their way to get my dog scheduled and have taken EXCELLENT car of her. They have even pointed out things that I needed the Vet to look at. They are always professional and pleasant. I would rate them as the best groomers in the Oak Ridge/Clinton/Knoxville area.

They sheared our Shih Tzu so close that the poor dog had many areas of abraded skin with cuts and sores. The cut was uneven and choppy looking but the hardest thing to see was how bad she was hurt. We had to take Bo to a vet in Knoxville and now she is on antibiotics and pain meds. Cheryl refunded our money and paid for the vet but that doesn't excuse the fact that my dog was badly hurt. A horrible experience and we don't recommend this groomer at all. Doesn't even deserve one star!

I called to get an appointment and could not schedule an appointment. Whoever answered the phone was very rude when I said I needed the dog groomed before they had an available appt. The dog belongs to my mother and she is only here for the weekend. If they are that rude on the phone I would never leave a dog with them. I had to give a one star rating otherwise I would have rated it no stars.
