Not sure how the critical reviewer reached his/her conclusion(s). My experience with FUMCOR has been nothing but positive. It's a very open and welcoming congregation. The special projects mentioned are invariably in support of outreach and missions, where the the church is especially committed and active, and by which it is recognized and effective. The worship and music are also stellar.
