Our uncle moved to Greenfield Senior Living of Oak Ridge in November 2013 under hospice care when doctors told our family that he didn't have much time to live. Our family is grateful for the level of care provided by Greenfield along with Caris! Our uncle was with us until December 2016 & I firmly believe it was because of the care he received! Thank you, Greenfield, for enriching our uncle’s life for 3 years! You helped make his final days peaceful & pain free. We’ll forever be grateful!

I have lived at Greenfield for several years. The nurses are outstanding and very caring - I should know - I am a retired nurse. The staff are all pleasant and helpful and the food is excellent. I am pre-diabetic and they are willing to adjust my food to be beneficial to this condition. I have made many great friends at Greenfield and plan never to leave!!! Mary Jo Giles

This is basically a cash cow that operates to support its investors and not its residents. Imagine refusing to take a resident with a suspected blood clot appointed for an ultrasound at 4 PM because "we send our activities driver home at 4."

If you are an assisted living facility, that means serving your residents 24/7 with the services they need. Patient Safety is a national priority. Greenfield is poorly managed at best and misses the mark at delivering acceptable care and service when compared with other facilities.
