I had my mother's wedding ring redone with a different diamond and rhodium dipped. My mother is now deceased. It was gorgeous when I got it back after it being in Karen's possession for 3 weeks. However, after 2 days of wear the plating came off from the inside breaking my finger out and showing scorch marks on the now yellow gold. One of the prongs also came loose causing the diamonds to fall out. Overall a horrible experience. I went in to show them this ring and immediately upon walking in the door the sales lady said, "Are you going to look at anything". She didn't bother to move from her stool. I will never do business with them again.
