I have been going here since the 2nd month they opened. I personally will not go anywhere else! I tell ANYONE about my experience there,very knowledgeable,fair and reasonable.If I ever have a problem,they always fix it,and 95% of the time it's a "operator error!" LOL.But they are always patient with me and I always leave feeling like a friend,valued customer, AND best of all, always laughing and in a better mood than the one that I came in with. Just all in all great people, great place,,great VAPE!!!

These people are amazing! I really wish that I would have went to this shop 1st! After going in there and checking out there prices, I realized the SECRET CITY VAPOR really; how do I put this nicely, Secret City screwed me. Sorry, but that's the only way I can put it. They charged me 180.00 for an iStick 20w and mini Nautilus tank. And none of it came with a box or anything, then I go to The Vault and see that I could have gotten it there for less than $100.00 and both come with a box!!! The Secret City guy tried to sell me the charger for an EXTRA $45.00 and I called the company, THE CHARGER IS SUPPOSED TO COME WITH IT AS A KIT!!! The ONLY reason my husband and I went to The Vault is because when we were shopping at Secret City, the man in there kept telling us not to go to The Vault, he said a bunch of stuff that we found not to be true, but I guess that's the only reason that I should thank the guys at Secret City Vapor, because if they wouldn't have talked about The Vault so badly, my husband and I wouldn't have wanted to go see what all the fuss was about! Thanks to them, we found a great shop.... The Vault! I'm telling you, NO MATTER WHAT YOU HEAR FROM ANYBODY ELSE!! Check The Vault out for yourself, you will see what I mean!! The Vault even still said nice things about Secret City Vapor even after what we told them that was said about their store by Secret City Vapor!!! The Vault Rules! No wonder Secret City Vapor talks about them, they are worried and they should be because the Vault is in a league of their own!!!

SHAME ON YOU SECRET CITY!!! Oh by the way, one of SCV's customers were in The Vault while we were in there and tried to take up for them. Then, I seen a review that he posted saying that the Vault was talking bad about SC, and they weren't because I KNOW< I WAS IN THERE AND THE VAULT STAFF REFUSED TO SAY ANYTHING NEGATIVE ABOUT THEM!! IT WAS MY HUSBAND AND I THAT WAS TALKING BAD ABOUT THEM!! So that review was a total lie too!!! But it does make you wonder if that guy thought that SC was so much better....WHY WAS HE SHOPPING AT THE VAULT?????? THAT SAYS IT ALL RIGHT THERE!! THE END!!! BOO-YAH!!

these folks where AWESOME!! products where good and the batteries were like none ive ever seen... I was very impressed!!! will become a regular custumer
