I received a 'cold call' telemarketing from Matson, and nicely told the gentleman I wasn't interested in their Logistics services. 5 minutes later I got a SIXTEEN PAGE fax from them about the history of Santa Clause. I suppose it was a paper-wasting punishment for turning them away. The sender was not smart enough to keep their business name from appearing at the top of the fax, nor the caller ID. I suppose this is their idea of professional. I'd stay as far away from a business like that as possible and advise everyone else to do the same.
