I stopped by the store shortly before Christmas to pick up a gift for a family member. The item I requested was behind the counter and required assistance from an employee. (I believe his name was Nate) He grabbed the item off the shelf and threw it across the counter to me. He them walked away without saying a word. I immediately noticed that it was not the exact item I was looking for. Nate stood approximately 5 feet from me staring at something in a catalog. He could tell I was still standing there but had no intention of helping me get what I needed. It took another employee to walk up and finally get me what I needed.



After this I proceeded to the checkout. I was third in line and waiting patiently. I believe the salesman's name behind the counter was Scott. Scott seemed to have a huge chip on his shoulder. He was irritated at the people he was buzzing in the front door. At one point he yelled at the customers outside to pull on the door. His attitude was extremely poor. After waiting for approximately 20 minutes to check out, Scott could tell I was frustrated. As I got to the counter he asked if I wanted to speak to the manager. I replied no figuring that the entire staff would act like I was a huge inconvienence. I purchased my item and left the store in utter disbelief.



I will never step foot back in this store. I work for a Federal agency and will spread the word to everyone concerning the poor service at Ray O'herron's.

Poor customer service and terrible treatment to customers. You can walk in and wait a half hour before someone helps you. You hav e to ask for help, they don't offer it. Unless your a Chicago cop, forget it. Pricing is high but most importantly is the poor way your treated as a customer.
