Their customer service is so bad at this company I would like to give them negative stars, but that is not an option. I called about a bill that was never received, and they did show in their records it was returned by the post office. I was told their policy is if they get anything returned from the post office for any reason, they do nothing but just send the patient to collections. I was told they get so much returned mail from the post office; they cannot do anything with it. It seems this company is either extremely understaffed, or they have expanded to more hospital partners then they are equipped to handle. It was evident in speaking with a customer service rep & then a supervisor that they do not care about providing customer service at all as they refused to help with this situation and only passed blame to the post office. I will hesitate to go to any hospital that partners with this company in the future.
