I would never use this office of the company again.
They made an error in my real estate purchase escrow and paid the seller for an HOA fee that had not been made. After being notified of the error nearly two months ago, they have yet to correct the error and return the overcharge. After being contacted many times my me and my real estate agent, they will not even give any estimate of when my funds will be returned. Very poor business practice and service.
