Provided by YPmobileI went here to get a full set of French tips and they were the ugliest nails I've ever seen. She had no clue what she was doing and made my cuiticals bleed so much the are still puffy and hurt four days later. I asked her to round the edges and she was making them look like claws. I told her I didn't like that and she kept hushing me and telling me to wait. I would've had to pay 30 for this horrible nails and I told them to please take them off and that I didn't want them . They weren't what I asked for. They then told me that they look fine and to enjoy my nails how they are. Um..no! After arguing for ten minutes they told me I would have to pay them 10 dollars to remove the nails and once they started, only clipped two of them and said they werent going to ruin the nails. So they clipped two to make them look even worse and sent me on my way. I've never been so disrespected in my life! Horrible service and even worse conduct. Avoid this place like the plague!

Provided by YP.comI'm never going back here. I got a pedicure the first time I went it was okay but they didn't tell us that the wax would cost an extra $5 each when they asked if we wanted it (every other place I go to, it's free). The second time I went, everything was going fine until he was filing down the acrilic and CRACKED it, then acted like nothing had happened. All he did was put the tool away so I asked him if he could super glue it together so that a fungus wouldn't develop; I had to repeat myself at least four times and he still didn't understand what I was saying so I had to point at the super glue. After my color was on, they asked if I wanted them to use a gel top coat to make the color last longer. It was only five dollars extra (in hindsight I realize it was a total ripoff) so I thought that it would be a good idea since the color doesn't always last that long on my fingernails because sometimes I wait three weeks to go back in for a fill and color change. Well, later that night I noticed that some of the color on my nails started cracking. I was at the airport heading out of state so it's not like I could have gone back for them to fix it. I just went to get my nails fixed today at a nail salon that's close to the house I'm staying at. When I told them what happened, they told me of course it would crack because the gel/UV light is too hot for the regular nail color. My Le Nails should have known this and should have either warned me that there would be a chance the color would crack or shouldn't have offered to do it at all. I am not happy with My Le Nails and I am never going back again.
