Guy literally hits his dog, right in front of my uncle, harasses people nonstop, Threatened my uncle, and lied to me. Oh and despite repeated attempts to stop him from hitting his dog, he continued to hit the animal anyway. I hope this winds up on the news.

Horrible ignorant guy answered the phone says since I have a out of state phone number it's ridiculous to call him even tho I live in New York so not use this guy horrible a rude as anything wouldent even give him one star but have to because no stars is not a option
