First of all -- DO NOT BELIEVE ANY ONLINE MENUS OTHER THAN THE ONE ON THEIR WEBSITE. The food offerings have completely changed and the prices are pretty much double on some items.

That said, we still had a fantastic dinner. Both of us had the crab cakes, which were wonderfully decadent. We both also had the house salad. My wife had the coconut shrimp and I had the bowl of clam chowder. Best I've ever had. Lots of clams in it, and pieces of bacon, carrots, and other goodies. I thought the carrots were a really nice touch.

But the best part of our experience was our server was none other than the nearly-famous Bill. Very friendly, very personable, and completely on the ball. For decent service, I will normally tip 20%, but I went over that -- because the service was that good.

Props also to the manager or host (not sure which) who heard us talking about possible routes for our RV trip up to Frisco and got me the number where I could check on road restrictions.

So if you're like me, a guy who doesn't mind paying a bit more for excellent food quality, ample portions, and top-notch service, give this place a try.
