What a nightmare. I have never experience such poor customer service in my life. I received my $3,700 dining room set yesterday only to have it taken away that same day because of all of the flaws it had, soooo not worth the money and the delivery men were stepping on it while it was in the truck and did not wear booties and made a huge mess in my house. Different color woods, incorrect rub, large scratch on the leaf, broken mechanism, and chipped chairs. The whole situation only got worse when I had to speak with Paul to come up with a solution. The rudest "salesman" I have ever spoken to who blamed me being too picky when the product was horrible and claimed that he shouldn't of sold to me to begin with because my standards are too high. WORST EXPERIENCE AND WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

1) you ordered a custom made Amish set , normal lead is 8-12 weeks. It came in in 10 like promised.

2) you were belligerent to our employees both times you came into store.

3) you refused to be helped by one of our African American employees.

4) You called 3 weeks after order was placed trying to get original discount you had received doubled.

4) When we called to schedule delivery you were very rude.

5) When we attempted delivery both you and your wife verbally assaulted one of the drivers.

6) We decided not to do business with you and -did refund your money same day. You do not get to talk to people badly whenever you want. You had a problem with 9 of 10 pieces, pieces that were prepped out , you are an angry , angry man and we hope you can get some relief from that.

BE VERY CAREFUL BEFORE DOING BUSINESS HERE!!!!

We had a nightmare dealing with Shore Casuals. The owner called us nasty people and difficult because we asked too many questions when shopping in his store. Aren't customers supposed to ask questions? Then the multiple chairs were delivered damaged. We called and told him what happened and her took the whole set back. We didn't want to return the set, but resolve the problem somehow. He wouldn't have it. Just wanted to return the set and refund our money. Then, after taking the set back, he never refunded our money. We had to get Amex involved and open a disputed charge to get our $2,200 deposit back from them. Shore Casuals is a nightmare. Stay away!!!
