My company had an immediate need for security services and we were told someone was able to start on the day & time requested. 3hrs prior to our requested start time, the service phoned back stating that they were sorry and had a scheduling conflict and would be unable to provide services. I made another call too them, asking if there was anything at all within the hours requested they could provide and the same operator I had been working with stated he was currently trying to procure someone and would phone back by 3pm (an hour from time of call). It is now 4 days later and I'm still awaiting the return call
