The Bay Area Children’s Association (BACA) is a non-profit agency committed to providing integrated, scientific, empathetic mental health treatment for kids, teens, young adults and their families. We are working to provide access to services for all families in need. We work to take the “mystery” out of psychiatric care, provide education regarding mental illness, and have a relaxed, fun, caring environment at our agency. BACA is comprised of outpatient services, as well as Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP). BACA offers an IOP for teens aged 12-17 (this program runs in the morning as well as the afternoon), a young adult IOP for young adults aged 18-26, an IOP designed for kids with social skills issues. Lastly, we have a parent support group and therapeutic gardening groups which are also run by our therapists and psychiatrists. Please read more about us at www.baca.org or contact us at info@baca.org
