Where to begin...An order was placed with this company and they could not deliver the product in a reasonable time frame. When repeated attempts to ask the Question: Please provide me an update on Order was Placed Three Months ago went unanswered, the decision was made to cancel the order.. Miraculously the order was ready to be shipped.Then the tables were turned. Payment was required and 4 business days passed only to discover this company had called up the chain to demand payment for a purchase that they themselves have delayed for three months. Now here is the good part.When I was actually in a position to return the numerous harassing calls and emails they had placed not only to me but the many levels above me. It was they who did not enter the number correctly when trying to process the payment.If you were planning on doing business with this company I would seriously reconsider. Their lack of professionalism is only surpassed by their present inability to apologize for a problem they clearly created by their complete Incompetence
