Don't hesitate to book here. Everything was just perfect. I stayed here by myself for three nights recently on a work trip and couldn't have been happier. The staff are extremely helpful and the restaurant downstairs is excellent. The people who work at this hotel are very friendly and helpful. It's a short walk to city center (seriously like 5 minutes).

Good accommodation near city center and fits your budget. Has free breakfast. What else you need when you are on a business trip. Just block away from Bay Area Rapid Transit ( BART) which provides access to Oakland and San Fransisco International Airport.

this place is fine, clean, nice staff. stayed here overnight. BUT, if you do, the restaurant attached to it is shockingly good for what it looks like.

I had a very nice stay at the Clarion in downtown Oakland a couple of weeks ago. Both the hotel itself and the staff who assisted me were superior, and made me feel welcomed and valued. I intend to stay here again on my next visit.
