got to love this bank

I love the diverse nature of this bank. they have the most friendly staff I have ever encountered at a bank. what I like about this bank is that I have access to everyone from top to bottom. I can pick up the phone and call the CEO or the teller when I need them. Can you do this at Wells Fargo?
