First Bay Locksmith was the only company to give me a flat price quote to get me in to my house (I locked the keys inside).

Gabriel arrived in 15 minutes and let me in really quickly. He charged me exactly what he quoted and even helped me by letting me know that my insurance can reimburse me for it. After speaking to them I found out he was right :)

I locked the keys in my car just before I left to work, and had a very important meeting I couldn't afford missing.

Not only was Gabriel super responsive (he got to my house in literally 8 minutes! And got my car open in about 45 seconds), he was also very fairly priced.

The reviews for Gabriel and First Bay Locksmith are so good, it made no sense going anywhere else while looking to have all of the locks on my house changed!

Gabriel showed up a couple of minutes early to our appointment and I could see right away that the guy knows what he's talking about...

I told him I wanted really good locks, since my house got broken into twice now.

He showed me the options and explained the prices for everything. It's amazing how even though the locks I chose were the high security, top-of-the-line stuff, the bottom-line price was still less than I payed the last company I had change my locks (and looks like they put on the cheap stuff and overcharged by about 200%!!!).



He did a great job installing everything and I can't believe how smoothly all the keys work now =)



Now I feel much safer and I know that if there is anything I will need in the future, Gabriel's my man!

Gabriel is honest, polite and very personable.

He did a great job changing the locks on my new house and it took him half the time I expected it to.

He even taught me how to reset my garage door and re programs my clickers (so that if the old owners have spares they will no longer work). Not only did he do it for free, I didn't even think to ask - he offered to do it himself! Now that's a 5 star service!

All the other reviewers can't be wrong. Gabriel was quick, honest, professional and provided a solution to our lock problem that we had not thought of. It saved us a lot of moolah. I have had the displeasure of working with another locksmith in the area ( I won't say names) and he is by far the best and most competent. Call him! You will not be disappointed!!!

Gabriel showed up right on time, charged the exact amount he quoted me over the phone (and even aligned my lock for free! which I didn't even mention on the phone).



He was very nice and did a very cleaned and professional job.

Gabriel is great. He is punctual, good at what he does, and he's fast. He'll even explain and show you exactly what he is doing if you are interested. In addition to re-keying 6 locks, he noticed that two of our doors needed a good lean with your shoulder to shut. He offered to sand them down (now they shut smoothly) without me having to ask and he didn't charge extra for it. He's one of those guys that go above and beyond what you pay for.

From the time I placed the call to the time I was in my apartment, it was less than 25 minutes. Gabriel asked for my ID (how I managed to remember my ID but not my keys I'll never know), and once he verified it was on the job. He was very courteous and I have definitely saved his number in my phone in case I should have another brain freeze in the future. Thanks again!

Fantastic mobile locksmith! I just moved and the landlord didn't change the locks. AND the back door had only a bedroom push button lock that could be opened with a nail, or a bobby pin!



I called First Bay Locksmith and Gabriel gave me a quote and then said, go ahead, call around, here's what they will say, and what it means. Boy was he right. All the others used the shady tactics he told me about: "It's $35 to show up and $19.99 and up for each lock..." Nothing like getting held hostage by a locksmith.



Well, First Bay Locksmith was $15 to show up and a flat fee for each lock. Huge savings. And the lock I had purchased for the back door wasn't the right one, so he matched the price and installed the right one.



Honest, prompt, super fast, and he checked every key in every lock. That attention to detail is why I give him 5 stars. I wish I could give 6 STARS!

Highly recommended! Gabriel will be my first call the next time I need a locksmith. He was able to come out the same day, called ahead to confirm the appointment and showed up on time. Quickly completed the work of replacing the vandalized lock on my older Toyota. Thehe final bill was what he quoted, no upsell and a lot cheaper than quotes from the dealer and several other locksmiths. Thank you!

I had to rekey my whole house after my keys were stolen with my wallet. The last time I changed the locks was when I moved in a little over a year ago and the company I called totally ripped me off and charged me $450 to change 6 locks, plus they took about 3 hours and were an hour late.

First bay locksmith did the same job for $160, showed up early and it only took him 45 minutes!

what a difference! He also fixed a problem I had with the alignment of the lock and now it closes much easier.
