Minutes ago my neighbor aka the "owner" of Global Fire & Safety came over to my place of work to inform me that if I am not out of my warehouse by 2pm, he is bringing a forklift to... I admit that I am behind on rent, but why is he privy to that information anyway, he is a neighbor not a landlord. Being behind on rent is besides the point, the question I have is how is it possible that he has the right to push me and my belongings to the street with his forklift because I am late on rent? He reminded me that he rents THE MAJORITY of the building, I guess I was not informed having 66.6% of the building gave him the right to treat the other tenants like MINORITIES.

Hopefully it was just a lapse in judgement and this story end's here.... but i'll keep anyone interested in his business aware of the situation as it unfolds....
