We have had nothing but problems and frustrations dealing with JB Turner. Our kitchen remodel began in 2014 and since then we have had a majority of our cabinets not only replaced once, but twice. Sean informed us we were buying a high end kitchen (the Belmont 1900 series) that would last for years. This was false and misleading. While we paid a premium price, we did not receive a quality product. Immediately and over time chips, cracks and dents were found in most doors. Upon delivery of the cabinets, our contractor laughed out loud. He simply said, "these doors are crap. You should have bought IKEA and saved your money if this is what they sold you."

In terms of customer service, JB Turner often simply ignored our emails and calls for weeks and months. Now that we are in negotiation over a refund (which was promised by both Sean and the Belmont representative Mike Lee), JB Turner is simply refusing to respond.

I highly urge consumers to stay away.
